Meet the Team - Emma Bryant
I’m Emma and I am what my family would call an “animal softie”, always trying to help. I pestered my Dad (also an “animal softie”) into having not the agreed one, but two cats when I was four. And it continued from there! We currently have two gorgeous mongrels and a Green Iguana – all girls, and all my ‘babies’.
I have spent the last five years working in the charity sector as part of a research team undertaking projects that fundamentally help fundraisers to better care for their donors. For the last two years I have been a tutor for the Institute of Fundraising, co-delivering their Certificate in Fundraising Online qualification.
I am delighted to be a Trustee for New Leaf Animal Society because our animal’s higher level psychological needs are as important as our own, and I believe we should all know how to care for our animals beyond the basics. I’ve felt extraordinary connection with my previous dog and am proud to support and be a part of the movement New Leaf are creating to enable us and our animals to experience more connectivity in a mutually beneficial way.
